We want you to be completely satisfied with your Creed purchase; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused fragrances in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via the online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure the Package

  Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original boutique box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Return

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
